Ingredients
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Smooth Multigrain Bread
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
- ½ cup blackberries, sliced
- Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Directions
- 1. Toast the bread slices.
- 2. Spoon on cottage cheese onto each slice of bread.
- 3. Lay alternating slices of peaches and tomatoes.
- 4. Top with blackberries, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and mint pieces. Enjoy!
