Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Smooth Multigrain Bread
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup blackberries, sliced
  • Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices.
  2. 2. Spoon on cottage cheese onto each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Lay alternating slices of peaches and tomatoes.
  4. 4. Top with blackberries, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and mint pieces. Enjoy!
