Prosciutto Melon Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Golden Wheat Bread, toasted
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • Canetloupe, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • ¼ cup basil

Directions

  1. Place one slice of Mozzarella on each slice of toasted bread. Top with 2 slices of canetloupe, 4 slices of prosciutto and cut each piece of toast into fourths. Garnish with desired amount of basil and enjoy!
