Prosciutto Melon Toast Recipe
Give snack time an elegant makeover with Sara Lee® Artesano™ Golden Wheat Bread.
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Golden Wheat Bread, toasted
- 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
- Canetloupe, thinly sliced
- 8 slices prosciutto
- ¼ cup basil
- Place one slice of Mozzarella on each slice of toasted bread. Top with 2 slices of canetloupe, 4 slices of prosciutto and cut each piece of toast into fourths. Garnish with desired amount of basil and enjoy!
