Rainbow Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe
How fun is this? Make colorful egg salad sandwiches out of all those decorated eggs in your fridge.
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Soft & Smooth® Made with Whole Grain White Bread
- 2-3 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Dill to taste
- Paprika, salt and pepper, to taste
- Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs. Mix with chopped onion, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with dill, paprika, salt and pepper before piling on bread slices.
