Veggie & Cheese Spread Recipe
Kids will love gobbling up their spinach and carrots in this yummy homemade cheese spread on toast.
- 6 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
- ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ¼ cup shredded carrots, chopped
- 4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1. Toast bread.
- 2. Blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing.
- 3. Mix in chopped carrots and spinach.
- 4. Spread on toast and enjoy!
