Avocado, Turkey & Feta Toast Recipe

This delicate-looking avocado toast packs a peppery protein punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Sara Lee® Delightful™ Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ lime
  • 2 slices turkey
  • ½ tablespoon Feta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon peppercorns, coarsely ground

Directions

1. Toast bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl with garlic powder and a squeeze of lime juice.
2. Spread on toast and top with turkey, Feta, crushed red pepper flakes and freshly ground pepper.
