Avocado, Turkey & Feta Toast Recipe
This delicate-looking avocado toast packs a peppery protein punch.
- 1-10 Minutes
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Delightful™ Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
- ½ avocado
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ lime
- 2 slices turkey
- ½ tablespoon Feta cheese
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon peppercorns, coarsely ground
1. Toast bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl with garlic powder and a squeeze of lime juice.
2. Spread on toast and top with turkey, Feta, crushed red pepper flakes and freshly ground pepper.
