The Better BLT Recipe
Diner fare gets a delightful makeover.
- 1-10 Minutes
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Delightful™ Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices tomato
- 3 pieces iceberg lettuce
- ½ avocado
1. In medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
2. Lightly toast bread slices and spread evenly with mayonnaise.
3. Slice avocado and place on bottom bread slice. Top with cooked turkey bacon, tomato slices and iceberg lettuce, and sandwich together with remaining bread slice.
