Ingredients
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Delightful™ Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices tomato
- 3 pieces iceberg lettuce
- ½ avocado
Directions
- 1. In medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- 2. Lightly toast bread slices and spread evenly with mayonnaise.
- 3. Slice avocado and place on bottom bread slice. Top with cooked turkey bacon, tomato slices and iceberg lettuce, and sandwich together with remaining bread slice.
