Caprese Skewers Recipe
Keep your guests coming back for more with this knockout appetizer.
- 4 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread, cubed
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 Mozzarella balls
- 12 basil leaves
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1. Toast bread and cut into cubes. Thread 1 bread cube onto a skewer, followed by 1 tomato, 1 Mozzarella ball, 1 basil leaf and 1 more bread cube. Repeat with remaining skewers.
- 2. Arrange skewers on a serving tray and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
