The G.O.A.T. Chicken Sandwich by Hen House Eatery Restaurant

Ingredients
- 1 Sara Lee® Artesano® Bakery Bun
- 1 5-8 oz. chicken breast
- 2 oz. Cajun seasoning
- 1 oz. BBQ sauce
- 1 slice of red onion
- 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Toss chicken breast in Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Toast the bun in a pan. Set aside for sandwich assembly.
- Cook the bacon until done. Set aside for sandwich assembly.
- Pan grill the chicken breast on medium heat until cooked through.
- In the pan, place cooked bacon on top of the cooked chicken breast, then melt the pepper jack cheese on top. Place BBQ sauce on top of melted cheese.
- While the chicken is cooking, spread mayonnaise on the top of the bun. On the bottom bun place lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set on the bottom bun on top of the lettuce, tomato and red onion. Place the mayonnaise-spread bun lid on top of melted cheese.
