Hawaiian Ham & Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Hawaiian Bread
- 1½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup ham, diced
- ½ cup pineapple chunks, diced
- ½ cup celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 scallion, diced
- ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ham, pineapple, celery, mayonnaise and chopped scallions and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. On one bread slice, lay a lettuce leaf. Then scoop on chicken salad mixture. Top with second bread slice. Enjoy!
