Prosciutto, Salami & Apple Grilled Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Golden Wheat Bread
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 thin slices prosciutto
- 2 thin slices hard salami
- 4 thin slices green apple
- ¼ cup butter, softened
Directions
- On one slice of bread, layer Provolone, prosciutto, salami and apple. Top with remaining slice of bread. Spread the outside slices of bread with butter.
- In a large skillet on medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter. When melted, place the sandwich in the skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
