Prosciutto, Salami & Apple Grilled Cheese Recipe

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Golden Wheat Bread
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto
  • 2 thin slices hard salami
  • 4 thin slices green apple
  • ¼ cup butter, softened


  1. On one slice of bread, layer Provolone, prosciutto, salami and apple. Top with remaining slice of bread. Spread the outside slices of bread with butter.
  2. In a large skillet on medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter. When melted, place the sandwich in the skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
