Salmon Brioche Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Bakery Buns
  • 2 fresh salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ lemon, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh dill, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. 1. To grill the salmon, lay a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet (you will want a large enough piece of foil to be able to hold the salmon loosely and be able to pinch the ends of the foil on top to create a foil “packet”).
  2. 2. Place a filet of salmon, 1 tablespoon butter, and two lemon slices within the foil and loosely wrap everything up.
  3. 3. Heat the grill on high heat. Add foil packet of salmon to the grill and grill until salmon is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove salmon and set aside.
  4. 4. To assemble the sandwich, layer lettuce, salmon fillet, red onion slices and cucumber slices on the bottom bun. Repeat for any additional sandwiches.
  5. 5. Drizzle on Tzatziki sauce, sprinkle with dill, and add salt and pepper, to taste. Top with bun lid. Enjoy!
