Salmon Brioche Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Bakery Buns
- 2 fresh salmon filets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ lemon, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 lettuce leaves
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Tzatziki sauce
- Fresh dill, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. To grill the salmon, lay a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet (you will want a large enough piece of foil to be able to hold the salmon loosely and be able to pinch the ends of the foil on top to create a foil “packet”).
- 2. Place a filet of salmon, 1 tablespoon butter, and two lemon slices within the foil and loosely wrap everything up.
- 3. Heat the grill on high heat. Add foil packet of salmon to the grill and grill until salmon is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove salmon and set aside.
- 4. To assemble the sandwich, layer lettuce, salmon fillet, red onion slices and cucumber slices on the bottom bun. Repeat for any additional sandwiches.
- 5. Drizzle on Tzatziki sauce, sprinkle with dill, and add salt and pepper, to taste. Top with bun lid. Enjoy!
