Super Duper Black Friday Protein Packed Leftover Thanksgiving Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano® Bakery Bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
  • 1 slices Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup leftover mashed potatoes
  • ¼ pound carved turkey
  • ¼ cup leftover roasted Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup leftover roasted asparagus
  • ¼ cup leftover red cabbage slaw
  • 2 tablespoons leftover gravy

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise. Spread onto one slice of bread.
  2. Layer on cheese, mashed potatoes, turkey, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and slaw.
  3. Drizzle on gravy and top with remaining bread slice. Enjoy!
