Tuna Melt Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Buns
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2-3 mini pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Squeeze of lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cucumber, ribboned
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
Directions
- 1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Then, add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.
- 2. Stir together all of the ingredients together until well combined.
- 3. Butter the inside of each bun and toast. Place some of the mixture on the bottom half of the bun followed by a slice of Muenster cheese . Place on a skillet and cover until the cheese has melted. Remove and top with cucumber ribbon and the top half of the bun. Enjoy!
