Tuna Melt Recipe

  • 4 Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Buns
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2-3 mini pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cucumber, ribboned
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese


  1. 1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Then, add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Stir together all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. 3. Butter the inside of each bun and toast. Place some of the mixture on the bottom half of the bun followed by a slice of Muenster cheese . Place on a skillet and cover until the cheese has melted. Remove and top with cucumber ribbon and the top half of the bun. Enjoy!
