Ingredients
- 1 Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bun
- ½ cup edamame hummus
- ¼ cup radish sprouts
- ½ cucumber, sliced thin
- ½ avocado, sliced thin
- ¼ cup edamame, cooked
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 lettuce leaf
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Green Goddess dressing
Directions
- 1. Spread hummus on bun bottom. Layer with radish sprouts, cucumber, avocado, edamame, alfalfa sprouts and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Spread Green Goddess dressing on bun lid before closing sandwich.
