Grilled Elotes Avocado Toast
Mix up the flavor on your avocado toast with the addition of grilled elotes.
- 4 slices Sara Lee® Butter Bread
- 2 ears corn, grilled
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 cup Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Slice the corn off the cob and set aside. Lightly toast the slices of bread and layer on mashed avocado, grilled corn, Queso Fresco and cilantro and finish with a dash of paprika.
