Hummus & Veggie Sandwich Recipe
Serve up a sandwich you can feel good about without sacrificing flavor.
- 1-10 Minutes
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced radish
- 4 slices of red onion
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 lettuce leaf cut to pieces
Spread hummus on the bottom slice of bread before stacking cucumber, carrot, radish, red onion, tomato and lettuce leaf on the bottom slice of bread. Top with the other slice of bread.
