Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Delightful® Soft & Smooth Wheat Bread
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ⅓ cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 lettuce leaf

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, mayo, white pepper, dry mustard and worcestershire. Fold in celery, scallions and parsley.
On 1 slice of bread, place a lettuce leaf. Layer the egg salad on top of lettuce. Place second slice of bread on top and enjoy!
