Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

- 2 slices Sara Lee® Delightful® Soft & Smooth Wheat Bread
- 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 lettuce leaf
- In a medium bowl, mix eggs, mayo, white pepper, dry mustard and worcestershire. Fold in celery, scallions and parsley.
- On 1 slice of bread, place a lettuce leaf. Layer the egg salad on top of lettuce. Place second slice of bread on top and enjoy!
