Sprinkle mangos, pineapple and strawberries over Ricotta on Sara Lee Artesano Bread for a simple Spring snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mango, diced

Directions

  1. Spread Ricotta evenly on both slices of bread. Top each with desired amount of pineapple, strawberries and mango. Enjoy!
