Shrimp Pico de Gallo Toast Recipe

This summery appetizer has real appetite appeal on toasted Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread.

1-10 Minutes


  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
  • 4 ounces baby shrimp, pre-cooked
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 teaspoons jalapeños, minced
  • 3 tablespoons red onions, minced
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped


1. Mix shrimp, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and cilantro in a small bowl. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and blend.
2. Spoon over toasted bread.
