Grilled Portobello & Pepper Panini Recipe
Warm up to a taste you'll love with this grilled Portobello mushroom, roasted red pepper and Swiss cheese panini.
- 11-20 Minutes
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Honey Wheat Bread
- 1 medium to large portobello mushroom
- 4 oz roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Heat pan on medium to high and add olive oil. Add portobello mushroom and red peppers, sautéing until slightly browned.
Remove from heat and place on bread. Top with Swiss cheese and cover with remaining slice of bread. Brush outsides of sandwich with olive oil and return to pan to grill until golden brown.
