Salami Spinach Rollups Recipe
Simple snacking the whole family will love.
- 12 slices Sara Lee® Soft & Smooth® Made with Whole Grain White Bread
- 6 slices salami, halved
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Handful of chives
- 1. Remove crusts from the bread and press slices down to flatten.
- 2. Spread with cream cheese. Layer on spinach and salami. Sprinkle on chives.
- 3. Roll up sandwiches. Cut each roll in half and secure with toothpicks.
