Spicy Hummus & Veggie Sandwich Recipe

- 4 slices Sara Lee® 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 tablespoons spicy hummus
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup broccoli sprouts
Spread half of hummus on two slices of bread. Top with spinach, carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, red onion, sprouts and remaining hummus. Cap each with one more bread slice.
