Spicy Hummus & Veggie Sandwich Recipe
You won’t miss the meat on this flavorful veggie creation.
- 4 slices Sara Lee® 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 tablespoons spicy hummus
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup broccoli sprouts
- Spread half of hummus on two slices of bread. Top with spinach, carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, red onion, sprouts and remaining hummus. Cap each with one more bread slice.
