St. Paddy’s Reuben Recipe

- 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bread
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices corned beef
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice, butter side down on a skillet over medium-low heat. Layer on one slice of Swiss cheese, followed by corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and the second slice of Swiss.
2. Top with second slice of bread, butter side up. Flip and cook intermittently until cheese is melted and golden brown (approximately 5 minutes).
