St. Paddy’s Reuben Recipe
Make this St. Paddy’s Reuben for yourself on Sara Lee Artesano Bread, and everyone around you will turn green with envy!
- 2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bread
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices corned beef
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
- 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice, butter side down on a skillet over medium-low heat. Layer on one slice of Swiss cheese, followed by corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and the second slice of Swiss.
- 2. Top with second slice of bread, butter side up. Flip and cook intermittently until cheese is melted and golden brown (approximately 5 minutes).
