- Cheddar Cheese & Marmalade Toast Ingredients:
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- Mashed Avocado & Egg White Toast Ingredients:
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
- Ricotta Spread with Berries & Nuts Toast Ingredients:
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon mixed nuts, crushed
- Mushrooms & Fried Egg Toast Ingredients:
- 1 slice Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
- 1 egg
- 1 mushroom, sliced lengthwise
- Cracked black pepper
Directions
- Cheddar Cheese & Marmalade Toast Directions:
- 1. Cut cheese slice into 3 even pieces. Place on top of toasted bread.
- 2. Drizzle with orange marmalade and serve.
- Mashed Avocado & Egg White Toast Directions:
- 1. In a small mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Spread mixture on toasted bread slice.
- 2. Spray a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Fry egg whites in skillet at medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Place egg whites on avocado spread and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives.
- Ricotta Spread with Berries & Nuts Toast Directions:
- 1. Spread ricotta cheese on toasted bread.
- 2. Top with strawberry slices and crushed nuts.
- Mushrooms & Fried Egg Toast Directions:
- 1. Spray a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Fry egg in skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Slice mushroom and sautée in same skillet until cooked through.
- 3. Top toasted bread with egg, mushrooms and cracked pepper.
