Ingredients
- 4 slices Sara Lee® DelightfulTM 100% Whole Wheat Bread Made with Honey
- 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8-10 slices roasted turkey
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 8 slices bacon
Directions
- 1. Toast bread and spread mayonnaise on 4 slices.
- 2. Begin stacking ingredients starting with arugula, tomato and cheese slices. Add turkey slices, avocado and bacon. Top with remaining toast slices.
- 3. Cut each sandwich in half and skewer to serve steadily.
