Ham & Cheese Sushi Rolls Recipe
Looks like sushi, tastes like ham and cheese! Wow your kids with this fun lunch prep.
- 21-30 Minutes
- 2 slices Sara Lee® White Made with Whole Grain Bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 pickle spears
1. Trim crusts from each slice of bread. Use rolling pin to flatten slices. Spread a thin layer of mayo on each slice, then top each with 1 slice ham and cheese. Lay 1 pickle spear at the base of each open face sandwich, and roll the bread up and over the pickle spear.
2. Use mayo to help the roll stay closed or try pinching the bread together. Cut roll in half or thirds depending on how deep your bento box is.
3. As a finishing touch, you can add a drop of mayo on top of each roll to resemble sushi.
