Chili & Zesty Croutons Recipe
Nothing warms you up on a cold winter day like this bowl of Zesty Croutons & Chili made with Sara Lee Artesano Bread.

Ingredients
- 6 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bread
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
- 1 cup chili
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Slice bread into cubes and place on baking sheet. Bake about 2 minutes and remove. Once cool, place into a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine olive oil, Sriracha, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and basil. Mix until combined.
- 2. Drizzle mixture over bread and toss to evenly coat all bread cubes. Place back on the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove, add to a bowl of chili, and enjoy!
