Keto Friendly Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

- 2 slices Sara Lee® Delightful® White Made with Whole Grain Bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1 large or 2 small turkey sausage patties
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- ½ avocado, smashed
- Salt and pepper, as desired
- Toast both slices of bread and set aside.
- In a small nonstick pan over medium heat, melt butter. Crack egg into pan and cook for 3 minutes, or until egg white is completely set. Remove egg from pan and season with salt and pepper. In the same pan, heat the turkey sausage until warmed. Remove from heat.
- On 1 slice of bread, place cheese slice. Spread smashed avocado on top of cheese. Layer on turkey sausage and fried egg. Place second slice of bread on top and enjoy!
