Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Rolls
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- 24 pickle slices
- Slaw (recipe follows)
- 3 cups red cabbage, chopped
- ⅓ cup carrot, shredded
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. In a slow cooker, combine pork tenderloin, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until tender. Shred the pork with a fork, set the cooker to low and cover until time to serve.
2. Make the slaw. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In another bowl, mix together yogurt, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour dressing over slaw and gently mix until well combined.
3. Slice rolls in half. On bottom half, spoon on a generous portion of meat mixture and then layer on slaw and pickles. Cap with the roll lid and enjoy!
