Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Rolls
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- 24 pickle slices
- Slaw (recipe follows)
- Slaw Ingredients:
- 3 cups red cabbage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- 1. In a slow cooker, combine pork tenderloin, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until tender. Shred the pork with a fork, set the cooker to low and cover until time to serve.
- 2. Make the slaw. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In another bowl, mix together yogurt, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour dressing over slaw and gently mix until well combined.
- 3. Slice rolls in half. On bottom half, spoon on a generous portion of meat mixture and then layer on slaw and pickles. Cap with the roll lid and enjoy!
