Surf & Turf Burger Recipe
Turn a steakhouse favorite into an any-night-of-the-week gourmet burger on Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Buns.

- 4 Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Buns
- 4 sirloin beef patties
- ¼ cup steak seasoning, divided in half
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Garlic aioli
- Long skewers
Season beef patties with ⅛ cup steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Preheat the grill over medium heat, and cook patties 4 minutes on each side. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last 30 seconds of grilling. Set burgers aside.
Thread shrimp on skewers and rub each side with the remaining ⅛ cup steak seasoning (If using wooden/bamboo skewers, be sure to soak in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill). Place shrimp on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until brown.
To assemble the burgers, spread about a tablespoon of garlic aioli on each bottom bun. Layer on a small handful of arugula, a burger patty with cheese, a couple shrimp and more arugula. Spread another tablespoon of garlic aioli on the underside of bun lids before topping each burger.
