Banh Mi Hot Dog Recipe
Give your hot dog the gourmet treatment with Sara Lee® Artesano™ Sausage Rolls.

- 2 Sara Lee® Artesano™ Sausage Rolls
- 2 hot dogs, grilled
- 1 large cucumber, sliced and seeded
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- ½ cup Sriracha mayo
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- Carrot & Daikon Slaw (recipe follows)
- 1 cup daikon, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 1 cup of water
Carrot & Daikon Slaw Ingredients:
Make the Carrot & Daikon Slaw. Combine daikon, carrots, a pinch of salt, sugar, white vinegar, and water in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Place a grilled hot dog in each roll. Tuck cucumber slices in with the hot dog. Drizzle hoisin sauce on each hot dog. Top with desired amount of Sriracha mayo, Carrot & Daikon Slaw, jalapeño rounds, and cilantro.
